About Megan Irish

As a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach and a member of the Beth Mulholland Team, recognized among the top 1% of real estate teams, I am proud to serve buyers and sellers throughout the Main Line. Having grown up on the Main Line and now living in Berwyn, I bring both local expertise and a genuine understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make this area such a special place to call home.

I am a proud alumna of The Agnes Irwin School and Vanderbilt University, and as a mother of five children, my connection to the community runs especially deep. My children attended Malvern Preparatory School and The Episcopal Academy while our family was actively involved in St. Katharine of Siena Parish. These personal ties give me a unique perspective when helping families evaluate neighborhoods, schools, and the lifestyle they want when choosing where to live.

Whether working with homeowners preparing to sell or buyers searching for the right home, I am committed to providing thoughtful guidance, strong market insight, and a relationship-driven approach. Most recently, I represented the successful sale of a home in the Echo Valley community in Newtown Square.
